Untrustworthy agency with substandard accommodation for a 5+star price. Positive: The house had 3 bedrooms which were nicely setup Negative: This is the first time in over 20 years of frequent traveling that I have to post a review that highlights serious issues. Despite several requests, the house we had rented had an issue with the hot water provision. As such, there was no hot water in the house. Also, the house is advertised as a 4BR / 6P residence yet the dining table had only 4 dining chairs. What we found most disappointing is that their service, communication and promises to us to resolve and/or provide compensation were not followed up. I would recommend that you do not use this agency called Royal Holiday Homes. We have never had such a bad service. And, I have asked them for the past weeks to discuss and settle yet I get promises that are not followed up.
